4. User Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, Payments, and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Terms & Conditions for Buyers and Privacy Policy, in addition to these Terms of Service.
Some parts of the Service are accessible via a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually, as selected by you during the purchase process). Unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, it will automatically renew under the then-current terms and pricing. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Paddle Support. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
All prices are listed in the currency specified at checkout and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Paddle, as the Merchant of Record, is responsible for processing all payments, billing inquiries, and tax collection. If you have any issues or questions regarding billing or payments, please contact Paddle Support.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer free trials for specified periods. If you sign up for a free trial and provide your billing information, you will not be charged until the free trial period ends. On the last day of the free trial period, unless you canceled your subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for your initial purchase of any of our paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our Service, you can request a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date of your original purchase.
To request a refund, please contact Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, who handles all customer service inquiries, returns, and refund processing. You can reach Paddle Support directly via their website at paddle.com/support. Please provide your order details to facilitate the process.
This refund policy applies only to initial subscription purchases and does not apply to subscription renewals, upgrades, or other charges unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise by Paddle. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days by Paddle, depending on your bank or payment provider.
By making a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy, which is an integral part of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time, so please review it frequently.
